Take your boxing skills to the next level. Join Bloc graduate and competitive boxer Corey Rowland for a 10-week training camp. Train advanced skills and tactics and conquer elite conditioning drills as you deepen your knowledge and mastery of the sweet science.

Power through a high-intensity, music-driven workout designed to challenge, strengthen, and tone your body. Blast through your fitness goals with a challenging mix of plyometrics, resistance training, and conditioning drills.
