Bloc Fit

This cardio-focused morning boxing workout equips you with practical boxing skills as you charge through 10 energizing rounds. Blast through your fitness goals with our dynamic playlist and motivating environment to start your day like a champion.
Classes held Mondays and Wednesdays, 6:00am at Wicker Park Fitness.

The Bloc Boxing Class

Train like a fighter, with our fighters. Build your beginner to intermediate boxing skills in a no-frills environment. We created a gym that makes champions, and we will help you get into the best shape of your life while improving your boxing skills.
Classes held Monday through Thursday, 4:20-5:45 at DRW College Prep.
